I’m a little late but… I touched an iPhone!
Posted by: Fidji SIMO in American way of life, Expatriation, Innovation, Internet/Technology, TravelOK, no scoop here, but for me it was an amazing moment: touching the iPhone and taking a picture of me with it in the Apple Store of Santa Monica… Here are two proofs of that:
A few words to sum up this day: Santa Monica rocks, but I was disappointed by Venice Beach which is a striking example of the inequalities of the American society. If you’re interested, you can see all the pictures here.

So cool but the great majority of people convinced to me not to buy this amazing toy despite I am pro-Apple! Too many bugs, no mms etc…:-(
I said exactly the same thing, but that was BEFORE touching it! Seeing a demo is definitely different from touching the product, and I can swear that suddenly I realized that I don’t send mms so often
But there is still the problem of wifi coverage: iPhone without wifi is really useless…
Yes and with its expansive cost, without wifi…Let’s wait the version 2!
